ALL KIT IS BESPOKE AND MADE TO ORDER FOR THIS ANNUAL EVENT. YOU WILL REQUIRE YOUR ALLOCATED SHIRT NUMBER TO PLACE SHIRT ORDER

PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER BY 14TH JANUARY 2024 AND YOUR KIT WILL BE DISPATCHED EARLY FEBRUARY 2024 (WE WORK CLOSELY WITH KENT HOCKEY SHOULD THERE BE ANY DELAY TO ENSURE YOU HAVE KIT FOR FIRST GAMES) YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM DISPATCH.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE AN ADDRESS THAT ITEMS CAN BE SIGNED FOR EG. WORK ADDRESS OR WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE HOME. WE USE ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR - YOU WILL BE LEFT A CARD IF OUT.

MEASUREMENTS & SIZING
Please take careful note that all garments are made to order under tight deadlines between selection and the first match. It is vital that you measure your child (WAIST AND HEIGHT) carefully before placing an order - please do not use "age" as a guideline - MEASURE to be accurate as all products are made by different manufacturers. Therefore, age guidelines will differ to items you may already have at home. We cannot guarantee exchanges as these are personalised for an annual event and therefore, we do not hold huge stocks. However, If we do have stock we will offer exchange where we can.

If we are unable to swap for a stock item, we will be unable to exchange/refund due to personalisation of club logo.
Garment size guides are provided on each item. If in doubt and need further advice, please contact us on following email sales@xstreamgroup.co.uk

All products are bespoke and personalised for KENT HOCKEY so we are unable to exchange/refunds if you select incorrect size.
We may have a very small amount of surplus stock, so we will always help where possible.
